Does anyone know how to create start menu shortcuts (ie Program folders, containing links to the main applications). I do NOT want to use the Setup wizard. You don't have to, but the easiest way to do it is to use the DLL that setup wizard uses. Just copy and paste the code and declarations.

The problem that's occuring is this... the shortcuts, including those installed by the 3rd party programs to the start menu, are using full network (we solved this problem with desktop shortcuts by copying the start menu shortcuts to the desktop....)
